The Finals have begun! And I actually made it! Woohoo!
Thanks to everyone who voted for me in the first round of voting; I just squeaked into the finals by a tie for third place. If anyone cares to vote for me in the finals (and I have no illusions about winning; there are many posts that I would consider better than mine), you'll find my post, Proud Member of the Tribe, in the Best Religious Jewish Post category.
I have a number of other things I'd like to blog about, and I'd like them to get their proper measure of attention, so I might not sticky this post--honest, my life doesn't revolve around the JIBs. Promise! :)

When the JIBs are over, life moves on, eh?
Life is going on as we speak. However, though I hold out no hope of even placing in the top 3 (I'd need to make up a deficit of several dozen votes in the next 2 days) I still want people to vote for me. :) Stay tuned for more details.
